Very Good
Easy check-in. Staff was helpful with the luggage to compensate for the absence of the lifts.
The room is tiny. Sort of not surprising but if it was a bit bigger, it would be nice. Hardly any space to open a suitcase.

It was comfortable and value for money.
It was clean, crisp and clearly well managed. I appreciate the attention to detail with aesthetics and the location is perfect for someone looking to explore London. I also really appreciate that they accommodated my request for a ground floor room given how big my luggage was.
It’s a no-frills hotel so do miss the added value other chains have like breakfast or a coffee bar. Also the fact that there’s no lift which would make it hard for someone with big luggage on a higher floor. Also charging to store luggage is just a little odd imo but that seems to be par for the course with UK hotels.
